All Nudist Colonies Have Rules
No matter which nudist colony you want to join, you must follow some rules and guidelines. Often, these policies will differ depending on where the nudist colony resides, but a couple of restrictions usually apply in most nudist communities.
- Lingerie, underwear, or suggestive attire is not allowed. Since nudists prefer to separate nudity from anything sexual, sexy/sensual clothing is off-limits.
- Being naked is optional. This rule often strikes newcomers as weird; however, in nudist colonies, you don’t have to be naked. Some people are naked on certain days and fully dressed on others. You are free to stroll down the street naked, or you can wear clothes; it’s entirely up to you. However, one must be naked when it comes to pools, pool decks, and Jacuzzis.
